Monitor and provide feedback on performance including, but not limited to, rates, efficiencies, and goals.
Responsible for monitoring and controlling financial elements of the satellite facility such as labor, material expenses, and inventory.
Schedules all production and/or assembly functions to meet the needs of the customer.
Verify incoming materials and forward incoming paperwork to Receiver Coordinator in a timely manner.
B. Implement and Drive Continuous Improvement Activities:
Implement continuous improvement efforts supporting TPS/Lean Manufacturing.
Participate and support Continuous Improvement Teams, as needed and required.
Work with employees in troubleshooting product/process quality problems.
Implement all corrective action items. Follow up to assure compliance.
Work with employees in identifying root causes for non-conformance issues and in developing corrective actions.
Verify documentation of all operating procedures, operating instructions, process parameters, and other documents required by quality procedures.
C. Responsible for the Growth and Development of Employees:
Develop the skills of the employees through regular classroom training and/or on-the-job training.
Orient temporary employees or new hires to equipment, processes, quality standards, and so forth.
Develop leadership skills and knowledge of Supervisors and/or Leads.

Establish and maintain a strong safety culture daily.

Due to their assorted customer base, inspectors may be given the opportunity to travel. Inspectors must be able to work a flexible schedule, have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

Assists in all aspects of event day preparation and execution.
