Job Description

General Office Clerk who can keep an office organized and can handle a variety of social interactions. This essential role performs various administrative support tasks, which includes operating office equipment and completing general clerical work.


Job Description:


  • Maintain Data entry, word processing, filing, scanning, copying, and faxing
  • Provide support to front desk and receptionist duties
  • As required, offer support on diverse employee projects
  • Offer a warm face for customers
  • Receiving and placing telephone calls
  • Delivering customer service quickly and accurately
  • Emphasize proper formatting and style when drafting correspondence


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word
  • Experience in document control
  • Solid understanding of mail processing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Possess strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Must have at least 1+ years of Office Clerk experience preferred
  • Experience handling office equipment
  • A high school diploma or its equivalent is required for this position
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks to prioritize needs and expedite tasks upon request
  • Excel experience is desired
  • Proven flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments
