Job Description

Under the direction of the VP Of Operations/General Manager and Director of Operations: • Manage a wide range of operations projects and ensure that operations deliverables are completed consistently and on time • Improve business operations and process efficiency within a company or organization • Act as project liaison between various departments • Ensure that all project activities are in support of overall project goals and the company's business objectives • Outline project plans, define the deliverables, and make sure that each phase of the project is completed within time and budget • Develop project management tools and applications • Coordinate project implementation and provide stakeholders and senior management with regular progress reports • Implement activities to support better information flow, data management, and reporting • Provide support for all operations duties as needed within the Operations department • Provide operational support for other internal departments • Assist in other duties as necessary
