Job Description

Peoplemark has an immediate opening for our premier client for 2 customer service representatives.  The ideal candidate will undergo several evaluations prior to be considered for this role.   Key passing scores will be in grammar and the Microsoft Office Suite (2016) - Outlook, Word, and Excel.  Extensive product and process training will be provided if you fit the following criteria and pass the in person interview.  Your experience should include:  1-2 years + of direct interpersonal people skills - working in a customer service, high end and high volume retail, or held busy general front office clerical postitions. Your skill set must include excellent verbal and written skills, a team spirit, self-starter personality with an upbeat, positive attitude. This position involves extensive phone and computer experience.   Your capability level must run in the Basic to Intermediate category to qualify.  You must be proficient in Basic level Microsoft Office - Suite - Excel, Outlook and Word...and have solid spelling and analytical- problem solving skills.This is a fast paced environment. - apply here or contact our office at 901-332-5555 - Lisa Townsend
