Job Description

We are looking for a responsible Customer Service associate for our client in Farmington Hills! The ideal candidate will possess a trained eye for detail and will be reliable and committed. In depth knowledge and comprehension of quality standards is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Work with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
  • Record customer information within our customer service database
  • Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
  • Support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
  • Answer incoming customer inquiries

Skills

  • Responsible and trustworthy
  • Working knowledge of MS Office
  • People-oriented
  • Detail-oriented -- would rather focus on the details of work than the bigger picture
  • High stress tolerance -- thrives in a high-pressure environment
  • 60-80 calls a day

Experience:

  • call center: 2 years (Preferred)
  • customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
  • High School Degree; Further qualifications will be a plus
