The Distribution Associate II will interact with the WMS, TMS, RF scanning and/or other warehouse equipment to perform in accordance with defined job processes. They will perform these tasks with a focus on safety, quality and productivity. They will be in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures and work instructions. The Distribution Associate II is responsible for providing a safe work place and environment.
Experience – Must have 6 months previous experience on Reach Truck and Order Picker and experience within the past 6 months driving Order Picker. Certifications – Must have certification to operate Reach truck and Order Picker in the past 12 months
General Profile:
Has developed skills through formal training or considerable work experience. Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision.
Functional Knowledge:
Safety; cycle counting; lift driving and scanner usage; the ability to read and comprehend both written and verbal communications. The ability to articulate back in both verbal and written form.
Business Expertise:
Understands how the assigned duties affect other work areas and how it impacts our customers.
Leadership:
Has no supervisory responsibilities.
Problem Solving:
Recognizes and solves typical problems that can occur working on their own with supervisory approval; evaluates and selects solutions from established options.
Dress Code: Solid color collard shirt, Back pants, dark pants, or khaki pants, and Steel toe boots.
Must pass a 10 year criminal background check and a 10 panel drug test.
