This positions recruits and interviews job seekers for a staffing agency. Job duties include identifying hiring needs, recruiting potential employees, conducting interviews, orientating new employees, performing pre-employment screenings, working with employee timecards, attending job fairs and hiring events. This position will collobrate closely with the clients for whom we are staffing and will provide exceptional customer service.
Other administrative duties include:
- Additional administrative needs in Seneca and will support other branch offices as needed.
Requirements include:
- Professional appearance
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent computer skills, proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Strong self-directed, work ethic with excellent customer service.
- Knowledge of HR laws and policies is preferred but the right person can be taught this on the job.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and contribute to collaborative discussions to help grow the business.
SCHEDULE: Monday- Friday; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; Some daily and weekend overtime may be required.
