Team members are expected to exemplify compassion, diginity, excellence, integrity, and teamwork,  In addition, this job involves schedule, perform and document close out above ceiling compliance inspections on a healthcare campus.  Ensure contractors complete work to applicable NFPA and hospital standards.

Role and Responsibilities
The following is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities. This list of essential duties and responsibilities is intended to provide a representative summary of major duties and responsibilities performed.

1. Assists in the development, implementation, monitoring, and management of above ceiling compliance programs, policies, and procedures. Educate and raise contractor's and other team members' awareness of the above ceiling compliance programs, policies, procedures, guidelines, and plans.
2. Review ATG Compliance system, schedule above ceiling closeout inspections with contrators as needed.
3. Documents areas inspected on line safety drawings.
4. Place corrective action work orders in Maintenance Connection for non-compliant items found about celing outside of the contractors scope.
5. Participate in weekly and monthly compliance audtis with Facilities Regulartory Compliance.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent - required
• Valid SC Driver's license - required
• Safety experience, fire service inspection experience - preferred
• Certified Healthcare Safety Professional - preferred
• Certified Line Safety Specialist - preferred
• Certified Safety and Health Professional - preferred
• TB Test & Flu Shot
• MMR Vaccinations

• Basic Computer Skills
• Knowledge of office equipment (fax/copier)
• Proficient computer skills (work processing)
