Temporary fill-in position lasting approximately 2/26/24 - 4/19/24
3 days per week, flexible on hours (part-time)
7am - 3:30pm with a 30 minute lunch OR 8am - 4pm with an hour lunch
Casual office attire to include jeans are acceptable
SAP or ERP system experience preferred
Bookkeeping, Accounting, Accounts Payable preferred
Outlook and Excel are required
Customer Service experience needed
Job Expectations to include, but not limited to:
Vendor statement audits
Monitoring 2 email boxes
Mailing, sorting, scanning of documents
Resume and Interview are essential aspects in being considered for this job
