Performs set-ups and changeovers
Carry out production responsibilities including, but not limited to operating lift trucks, floor scrubbers, cleaning equipment etc
Perform production welding, riveting, resistance welding, and any other assembly operation, once certified by internal instructors 
Ability to stand most of each work shift
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Able to lift a maximum of 40lbs regularly throughout the work shift
Able to work in varying temperature environments
Work with team members from all departments to resolve problems or make improvements
Willingness to cross-train and work other areas/stations in the plant on a short notice and as needed 
Other duties as assigned, to ensure production goals are met and maintained 

Monday - Friday with the possibility at times of weekends
Shift is based upon the production line assigned to Employee: 6:00am - 2:30pm OR 6:30am - 3:00pm
Leather steel-toed boots are required (No fabric, mesh are permitted)
No dangling jewelry is permitted 
Three days of paid Orientation (must be present for all 3 days to be considered for starting) 8am Sharp
