Job Expectations to include but not limited to:
  • Coordination and monitoring of maintenance, cleaning, security, special events and other operational activities
  • Developing and implementing maintenance schedules for office equipment and infrastructure, responding to emergencies, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Managing relationships with contractors, service providers, landlord interactions
  • Overseeing and handling space planning and office moves
  • Handling mailroom operations, courier services between Owensboro locations via company vehicle as well as uniform distribution and inventory
  • Ensures maintenance requirements for company vehicles are kept current and in safe working condition

Primary  Goal: Maintain and enhance the workplace to ensure it meets the needs of Employees and supports the organization’s operational efficiency

Starting Pay: Based upon experience
Shift Expectations: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm with a one-hour lunch
Dress Code: Business casual

Duration: Temporary to potentially full-time employment opportunity (based upon candidate)
