Draft and proofread correspondence and legal documents and prepare revisions as directed.
Coordinate document preparation, including printing, copying, scanning, and faxing.
Maintain and update calendars for assigned attorneys, and schedule meetings.
Enter and coordinate the docketing information and stay informed of case/project statuses.
Create and maintain client files and indexes and perform routine filing.
Under attorney direction drafts and prepares correspondence and other written documents as required including responses, reports, filings, pleadings, answers, motions, interrogatories, opinions, position papers, letters, etc., and other documents as necessary.
Prepares and handles tracking and disposition of subpoenas or other requests for information.
Monitors files and escalates issues requiring attorney involvement. Performs timely handling of highly sensitive issues and materials related to case
Performs other duties as assigned. Assist with bankruptcy, real estate closings, pleadings, discovery and hearing preparation
Correspond with clients, creditors and other interested parties regarding case issues
QUALIFICATIONS:
Paralegal certification highly preferred.
Experience in dication, answering phones, and multi-tasking.
Computer skills including MS Word, Power Point, Outlook and Excel required.
Requires critical thinking skills, superior communication and organizational skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Must have the ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
Ability to shift attention from one area of work to another quickly without frustration
