Temporary to Permanent Client
Monday - Friday
7:15am - 3:45pm (overtime can occur at times)
Jeans or khaki pants, t-shirt or long sleeved t-shirt is fine, tennis shoes
Job expectations to include, but not limited to:
- Monitoring production on multiple zinc diecast machines
- Reading part criteria and testing product
- Hold, break off, sort and manipulate small parts
- Lifting parts bins and dumping them onto tables
- Climb ladders to fill die spray buckets
- Frequent bending and lifting up to 40lbs
- At times will be required to lift up to 80lbs and tolerate ambient temperatures of upwards 90 degrees
- Lift bars of zinc to feed pots
- General housekeeping duties; using brooms, mops etc to clean work areas
This position consists of working within the Molding/Diecast department for approximately one week. Afterwards, the employee will transition to the Assembly department:
Hours: Monday - Friday
Time: 7:00am - 3:30pm
Job Expectations to include, but not limited to:
- Manual assembly of injection molding and/or purchased components into semi-finished products
- Work with automated/semi-automated machines
- Testing product according to quality criteria
- Feed machine components as needed to prevent down time etc
- Ability to read, understand and follow oral and written operational procedures to safely and efficiently perform essential functions and have sufficient hand/finger dexterity and eye/hand coordination
