light- General Laborer – 2nd Shift

Location: Madison Heights, MI
Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (Monday–Friday)
Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

Job Overview

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Heavy Lifting / General Laborers to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Madison Heights. This role involves manual labor and consistent physical activity, supporting production, material handling, and general facility operations during second shift hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform heavy lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and stacking of materials and products

• Load and unload materials manually as needed

• Assist with production line support and general shop duties

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

• Follow all safety procedures, work instructions, and company policies

• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

• Complete tasks efficiently to meet production goals

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, reach, push, and pull for extended periods

• Comfortable working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment

• Must be able to work the full 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM shift

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred but not required

• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions

• Steel-toe boots may be required

• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (if applicable)
