We are looking for a few good employees who are interested in a long-term outdoor maintenance position.

Schedule: Monday - Friday & every other weekend (overtime may be required at times)
6:00am - 2:30pm 
Pay Rate: $14.50 per hour (paid weekly)

Dress Code: Steel-toed boots or steel-toed shoes are required, Jeans or work pants, T-shirt or long-sleeved T-shirt are acceptable

Job Expectations to include, but not limited to: 

  • Perform routine golf course maintenance including mowing greens, tees, fairways, and rough as assigned.  

  • Operate string trimmers (weed eaters), backpack blowers, and other landscape maintenance equipment.  

  • Rake and maintain sand bunkers to provide consistent playing conditions.  

  • Pick up trash and debris throughout the golf course and clubhouse grounds.  

  • Fill, clean, and replace water coolers on the golf course daily.  

  • Assist with tree and limb removal, storm cleanup, and general grounds maintenance.  

  • Perform landscape duties including trimming, edging, and general property upkeep.  

  • Assist with course setup, including moving tee markers, hole locations, ropes, and signage.  

  • Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and supplies as needed.  

  • Safely lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds.  

  • Work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, humidity, and rain.  

  • Maintain equipment and report maintenance or safety concerns to supervisors.  

  • Follow all safety procedures and operate equipment responsibly.  

  • Work a 40-hour work week or more, with overtime opportunities based on seasonal needs.  

  • Must be available to work early morning shifts and every other weekend as part of the regular schedule. 

    Preferred Qualifications 

  • Dependable with a strong work ethic.  

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  

  • Willingness to learn golf course maintenance practices.  

  • Valid driver's license preferred.
