Job Title: Production Team Coordinator
Start Date: As soon as possible
Location: onsite in Owensboro, KY
Pay Rate: $30.00 per hour (paid weekly)
Shift: Monday – Friday
Duration: Long-term
Our client is seeking 4 Production Coordinators for all three of their shifts.
1st Shift: 6:00am – 2:30pm (2 needed)
2nd Shift: 2:00pm – 10:30pm (1 needed)
3rd Shift: 10:00pm – 6:30am (1 needed)
Job Expectations/Responsibilities:
Required Experience:
Interviews to be conducted by either Microsoft Teams or in-person

Job Expectations/Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day information flow that keeps manufacturing operations on schedule
- Tracking work order status
- Communicating any schedule changes
- Coordinating between departments
- Handling the administrative and logistics work that supports production supervisors and planners
Required Experience:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree
- Experience working in production planning and manufacturing processes
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations
