Job Description
Second Shift: 3:00 PM -11:30 PM
Days: Tuesday - Saturday
Pay Rate: $17 Hr.
Janitorial cleaning performs a wide range of tasks to keep facilities safe, hygienic, and presentable.

Janitorial cleaning performs a wide range of tasks to keep facilities safe, hygienic, and presentable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interior Cleaning: mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing floors, walls, ceilings, and fixtures.
- Waste Management: emptying trash and recycling bins, restocking supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, and towels.
- Must also be able to use cleaning machines such as floor buffers, scrubbers, etc.
- Must be willing to work in all general areas within the janitorial industry.
- Must be able to work in all conditions; inside and outside.
- Have a valid Driver’s License
- Must be able to pass MVR (Motor Vehicle Review)
- Must be able to train on 1st shift then move to 2nd shift
- Must be 18 years of age
- Pass a background check
- Be able to drive a golf cart
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment (floor buffers, vacuums, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Good physical stamina, including the ability to lift, stand, and be on your feet for the duration of the shift with lots of walking
