Industrial Cleaner 12 hours shift

Available Shifts: 6am-6:30pm or 6pm-6:30am
Payrate:$16.00 an hour

The Industrial Janitorial Worker is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment within an industrial or manufacturing facility. Duties include cleaning floors, restrooms, break rooms, offices, production areas, and other designated spaces while following all company safety procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and scrub floors in industrial and production areas.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas.
• Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste properly.
• Clean and maintain janitorial equipment and supplies.
• Follow safety procedures when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Report spills, hazards, maintenance issues, or unsafe conditions to a supervisor.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and keep storage areas organized.
• Perform other cleaning duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Previous janitorial or industrial cleaning experience is preferred but not required.

Work Environment
Work is performed in an industrial or manufacturing facility and may involve exposure to noise, dust, machinery, and cleaning chemicals. Appropriate safety equipment and procedures must be followed at all times.
